Allducts has many years’ experience in installing plastic and PVC ductwork as part of shell and core, fit-out and commercial refurbishment projects where steel installations may not be appropriate.

Plastic ductwork can prove to be a more effective and efficient alternative to traditional steel ducting. Because they boast enhanced anti-corrosion properties, plastics are often better suited to systems that experience higher humidity levels and frequent temperature fluctuations.

Allducts can fabricate and install plastic ducting for fume extraction systems and as part of wider MVHR solutions that are designed to extract air from wet rooms in the building and pull in fresh air from the external environment.

Plastic ductwork typically offers enhanced airflow characteristics and is effective at keeping air turbulence to a minimum. Attractive, lightweight and resistant to corrosion, these PVC polystyrene products can even be painted in a colour of your choice, making them a versatile design choice for commercial environments.

Our plastic ducting is available in a wide range of specifications to meet the demands of your space. We use both rectangular and rounded pipes in all common sizes and can adjust our installations to fit into even the tightest of spaces.

If we find that plastic ductwork will be the best option – based on space limitations, design preferences and/or the demands that will be placed on the system – we will supply and install a full PVC ventilation network that meets your exact project specifications and is designed to support and protect your plant in the longer term. We can also manage full inspections, quality checks and snags ready for the final handover.
